Just in time for the Halloween holiday,

Universe Online has released another batch of screenshots and this frightful
bunch features the Scarecrow. Crazy villains make the best villains and
the Scarecrow has his fair share of loony. As a mad scientist of sorts,
Dr. Jonathan Crane originally worked at Arkham Asylum experimenting and
specializing in fear. The Scarecrow then became a deliciously evil lunatic
and foe of Batman using various toxins that bring out the phobias in even the
strongest of men.
This is probably not a guy you want to meet in a dark alley! Catch the
action screenshots of players battling it out with this evil villain in
