Turbine has posted more alpha information.
"The DDO team has successfully tested the Alpha selection and game client download process. We have begun our official internal Alpha and will be inviting players to join us in the near future.
If you havent signed up for the Alpha yet you should do so right away! Signing up for a forum account will also greatly increase your chances to gain a spot in the Alpha or Beta." read more
