The Prophesy According to Zed
Turbine is nice enough to provide a list of Level 3 cleric spells in their Compendium. What the Compendium doesn't tell us is which of those spells are useful and which are tavern tricks. The only way to know that information is to play a cleric in Dungeons & Dragons Online: Stormreach (DDO). Or you could just read Zed's guide! Zed is our Cleric Class Specialist and he knows his stuff:
Blindness
Cool down (seconds): 6
Casting Time: short
School: Necromancy
Range: Medium
Area: Single target
Components: verbal
Duration: Permanent
Save: Yes, negates
Target: Foe
Notes: "The power of unlife renders an enemy blinded." The enemy is unable to see and swings around randomly. Excellent to reduce the abilities of a Boss, especially a caster.
