DDO does something almost no other game does: it awards XP only after the completion of a quest. Players don't get XP from killing random monsters--or from any other way for that matter. Today we take a look at that design mechanic and ask you to tell us if that's the right way to go in a MMOG.

Poll: Do you believe quest-only XP is right for MMOGs?

* For sure! It makes quests the meaningful progression of my character.
* I want some quest XP, but I'd like to be able to get XP some other way, too.
* I'd rather get XP for each kill.

Let your opinion be counted. Head over to DDO Ten Ton Hammer and place your vote! While you're there, why not take some time to add to the growing community dicussions, try it...you'll like it!
