EA Buys Rapture?

Rumors have been circulating throughout the day regarding a purchase of Rapture by EA for use in their future online projects. If you are unfamiliar with Rapture, it is being developed by Shawn Fanning (remember Napster?) as a social networking system. While it was rumored to be in development for World of Warcraft, it looks like to the victors go the spoils. Keep checking back and we'll report more as we see it.
