How's that Stellar Council thing going?
WarCry has a new Q&A session posted with EVE Online developer Petur Oskarsson.
JR "Razor" Sutich from the WarCry Network sat down at GDC last month with CCP Developer Petur Oskarsson to discuss plans for the Council of Stellar Management, CCP's vision to bring more representation to their beloved player base. At Razor's request, Oskarsson explains the CSM from birth to fruition, goes over some of the logistics of the elections themselves and explores some possibilities for the changes it might have on EVE's complex political climate.
