June 5th Forum Report for
Lord of The Rings Online

This week's Hobbit Talk is a very helpful set of forum links,
oddly not having a hint of troll at all.  Instead, there is a lot
about technical and in game information, plus so help comment from some
veteran players to less experienced ones.  Just because Hobbit
Talk is about forum traffic, there is one large post about PVP.  I
didn't have a chance to read all of, but I am sure some differences of
opinion were found.  So enjoy this weeks roundup of all the forum

Every day, in response to some thread or another about PvMP, someone
posts something to the effect that "it's just a mini-game within the
REAL game, so it doesn't matter/who cares." This is the player I want
to hear from in more detail, because I don't understand the mentality.
Is it that WoW tainted the idea of PvP in MMOs? Are there some
pre-conceived notions about what PvP is like in..."

shaders are
