"In the Works" What does it really mean?

How helpful is "In the Works"?


The Official Vanguard site has given us this href="http://vgplayers.station.sony.com/inTheWorks.vm" target="_blank">"In
the Works" page to keep us informed of future fixes. But is it
viable? Is it too vague? Should/does it really mean
anything? It has dates, but how accurate is it? Agreed, it comes with
it's own disclaimer, but is it helpful to the average player?
