Fewer problems on the Horizon?

Jonric at RPG Vault has posted another stellar interview where he sits down with Vitrium's Rick Simmons, discussing the company's efforts to rehabilitate a fantasy MMORPG that has certainly had its share of problems, Istaria, or the game formerly known as Horizons: Empire of Istaria. Regarding the name change:

We're not trying to escape from any issues of the past; in fact, this change is in keeping with what we've been doing since Virtrium took ownership, which is to make the game a whole lot better. Some changes are about the gameworld, such as our recent expansion with the Confectioner update, while others are about support features, like our complete overhaul of the billing system.

Horizons remains the only MMORPG where you can play and level a dragon, so - vehement ribbing aside- there's definitely something special there. Hopefully Vitrium can successfully recast a game that's been disappointing hopefuls since 2003.
