Today we look at a common trait that most of us seem to share:

The need to root for the little guy.

Plucky determination, spirit larger than his small form can contain, and chock full of moxy and other words that we use to describe someone doing something that they absolutely shouldn't...

Why do we ALWAYS root for the the little guy?

Well, we don't. Duh.

And for good reason…

Klingons were trained in the art of war and knew 181 ways to kill you without leaving a mark. Captain Kirk on the other hand was trained in the art of “sexing you up” and like the Klingons, knew 181 ways to do it without leaving a mark…unless you wanted him to.

Old fat white guy verses new, bone faced warrior madmen?

It is no contest. We’d actually pay MONEY in order to research time travel just so that the Klingons of new could go back and fight the Kirk of old. And while they’re there, maybe tackle Spock and wipe that “Midnight Blue” grandma eye shadow off of his face, because he’s weirding us out.

Klingons, Smurfs and so much more await you in today's It's All Geek to Me.
