Neverwinter: Courtier’s Tapered Cloak Giveaway

To celebrate the launch of The Heart of Fire, we're giving away 25 Courtier’s Tapered Cloak's. Unlike our other giveaways, that are automated, we thought we'd give everyone a chance to grab one. With that in mind, we also thought we'd keep it simple.
