In Guild Wars, Nahpui Quarter is a little different from most missions. Rather than following a linear path, you can chose the order you go about things.
Once you start the mission (talk to Adept Nai) you'll get to chose from four portals, each leading to a different Celestial. Left to right, you'll find the Kirin, the Turtle, the Dragon, and the Phoenix.
