Is Blizzard adding new servers? http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/serverstatus/ lists a few new servers that are currently down.
Eldre'Thalas Normal
Scarlet Crusade (RP)
Shadow Council (RP)
Spirestone (PVP)
The realm forum page does not list those four servers either.
