Looks like the Nihilum guild is not ready to rest just yet. After downing Kael'thas Sunstrider they went on to defeat Rage Winterchill to complete the Black Temple attunement quest. They then entered the Black Temple to defeat the first two bosses: High Warlord Naj'entus and Supremus.
Grats again! This time for 4 first kills, all in the same day! WOW!
