Oatbarton rest on the outlying borders of the Shire
and Evendim. Being part of Evendim, this area is ideal for seasoned
adventures around the mid twenties. With goblins and spiders to the
east, and wolves to the north, this area offers plenty of work for the
willing adventurer.

Hobgoblin's Recipe
Bob Proudfoot believes he has
discovered the plans of the goblins. The goblin-camp is in the Bleakleaf
Crest, east of Oatbarton at

Loc: 22.4S, 64.3W.

You will need to use one of the torches near the fires in the goblin
camp to set fire to 3 bubbling pots around the encampment and then
recover the Hobgoblin recipe by slaying the goblins within the camp.
The recipe is a random drop.
