We have updated our Enter the Ra'Hazi guide to note the significance of
the named:

UPDATE: A Ten Ton Hammer community member has
informed me that
Warlord Thrak'ssez is one of a series of named who spawn in the area. I
am told they are for another quest, so it may be best to not kill the
named until you are sure no other groups are in the area.
