An EverQuest 2 pitch...
Do you enjoy baseball? Do you like the Boston Red Sox? If the answer is yes to either of these then you might know Pitcher Curt Shilling. Mr. Schilling has signed a deal to help promote EQ 1 and 2.
Sony Online set out a press release announcing that it has hired Boston Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling to an endorsement deal to help promote their fantasy MMORPGs Everquest and Everquest II. Schilling is well known as a player and fan of the Everquest series. According to the press release, "The sponsorship will include personal appearances, media tours and opportunities for fans of both games to meet Schilling." Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
I don't personally follow baseball, so the name isn't familiar to me, but... for you baseball/EverQuest fans, this has to be pure GOLD! GOLD I TELL YOU!!
