Going it Alone in Ascalon
No, I don't mean the bachelor lifestyle. I'm talking about solo play in MMORPGs. How well does Guild Wars hold up in the genre? Can a massively multiplayer game really cater to your inner hermit?
The henchmen are one of the things that sets Guild Wars apart in the MMORPG genre. Thoughtfully placed near the exit of every town, theyre a viable option. Sure, a real player has autonomy, can react to change situations, and can be quicker with a Resurrection Signet, but the henchmen arent useless.
