The Gates to Ahn'Qiraj have been officially opened, at least on the Medivh realm. Playfuls.com has a brief article on what has happened so far. You can check it outhere. One of the guilds involved has even posted footage of the event, which can be found here
It looks like the next servers to open the gates will be: Mannoroth, Zul'jin and Hyjal.
