You've seen him in "Lord of the Rings","Star Wars: Episode II", and if you appreciate classics like I do "The Man with the Golden Gun." Most of us also know that Christopher Lee did the voice of the ominous Lucan D'Lere. OGaming sat down and interviewed the Overlord of Freeport.
Christopher Lee: To put it simply, he is an overlord. He is a tyrant. He is a dictator. He is immortal. Nobody really knows where he comes from nobody knows who his parents were. Hes just there and he has enormous powers. His weakness is that he lusts for world domination. Its very important to the story, of course, but I call it a weakness because he has no feelings at all. He doesnt say, Im going to take this because I like these people or I like that place, but dont kill the prisoners. He just wants something and takes it theres no emotion involved. Hes ruthless, contemptuous of everything and everyone. All he cares about is himself, his powers, his battles and his victory. Hes not a very nice guy
Gives me the jibblies just thinking about how much he got into that character. Not the good kind of jibblies either. The "that Scarecrow in my room is fixing to go off again any second" kind of jibbiles.
