Let's face it, Customer Service in any form can be very frustrating both for those of us who need and for those who give it. Anything that can help ease that experience is more than just a little appreciated.
Brad Mutato Wilcox with the fat title of "Executive Director of Global Customer Service" over at SOE put together a few thoughts on what can make that sometimes dreaded CS need a little less painful.
4. Before reporting a bad name run it by the Mom Rule. The Mom Rule states that the name in question would not only need to truly offend your mom, but that she would understand the offensive nature of the name, and not need to Google it.
