Wowvault.ign.com posted the following update regarding their maps and locations database today.

Updated Maps and Location Database
The WoW Vault map section and location database has gone through a major update. The database now includes NPCs and notable locations in all the capital cities. We will be adding more NPCs and locations soon to eventually cover the entire world. Map images have also been added for most regions in the game. View the map section here.
