Guild games!
Punting Gnomes, bardic sing-a-longs, or simply enjoying the company of your guild mates. What do you like to do to spend your down time from raiding? Is there any value in playing games within your favorite MMO? Can it actually make your raiding better?
Lady Sirse, from the Vanguard - TenTonHammer staff, gives her take on keeping the game a game, from within your favorite MMO. She talks about this topic from the standpoint of a guild leader.
Personally, I have always been drawn more towards the family/ light raiding type guilds that are more about getting to know your guildmates, not getting your uber gear. The guild I eventually created was known for being a small but effective strike team for raids. But we were also known for something else our Guild Games.
