One of the many goodies in test notes
In the test patch notes for 2.4.3, nestled amongst the general goodies is the revelation that mounts will be available at level 30, and the training is being slashed to 35g - down from the current requirements of level 40 and 90g.

Mounts at 30?! Yes, it's true: Apprentice Riding and mounts are now available at level 30. Training costs 35 gold.
