Sometimes you just get a bad or misleading dose of information and - with no ready means of corroboration or correction - you accept it as truth and unwittingly put a dent in your game experience. Garbage In, Garbage Out was coined as a teaching mantra by IBM's George Fuechsel in the seventies, and it's only more true in the age of instant communication.
