Q&As and disclaimers to start your Friday Loading...
Have you sent me an e-mail and I haven't written back? I try to respond to as many e-mail as I possibly can, but with the deluge that often comes to my mailbox it simply isn't possible to reply to everyone. Rest assured that I read every e-mail that I receive, though I ask for help with the big words.
Remember, the opinions expressed in Loading... are not necessarily those of TenTonHammer.com, it's partners, affiliates, Sara Andrews or Tie Domi. I do speak for Vin Diesel.

It's Friday and that means most of you are cutting work early to get home and login for a raid. Enjoy the phat lewt!
A special round of thanks to those of you who so graciously responded to my recent diatribe regarding my not-so-funny comic. Your votes have driven it down to rank 43 out of 67 total comics. You're a bunch of wiseacres you are.
As I am wont to do, I was typing random search words into Google and hoping to find some material for the blog when the search words "City of Heroes Pink" came up 7, 7, 7 in the Google slot machine of "so this is where they find people dumb enough to do those Jackass stunts".
A site titled Pink News which is apparently either a site devoted to gay culture or the biggest fan site on the Interweb for the pop singing star Pink was carrying a story about an "Online gaming enthusiast" who was upset that:
"His enjoyment was spoiled after receiving an email from the website saying he had broken the game's rules, he said it was the first time he had been discriminated against for being gay,"
How dare a company spoil his enjoyment? Perhaps it simply past the best-before date and he hadn't checked?
To put this story in full light we need to know what rule this gentleman broke. He named his characters as follows, GayAvenger, GayController, GayRevenger and GayHealer.
Mr. O'Neill (even his surname is offensive to the gay community) can't understand that this might be offensive to, *gasp*, other players, especially gay players.
"Discrimination of any sort, physical or mental should not be tolerated in this day and age, and the simple fact that the people who run the game see the word 'gay' as a swear word, should also not be tolerated and sends out the wrong message."
Spiders...eating...my...brain...
What in the name of all that is holy does it take to get through to this guy? What exactly is "mental discrimination"? Is it discrimination against slow learners, because I'm confident that Mr. O'Neill regularly rode the short bus. If it's calling him a pin-head then convict me and call the mental discrimation police to come pick me up.
Games get enough bad press without some attention seeking "enthusiast" crying about his inability to call himself The GayRevenger. If you care to read the entire mind-tearing article you can get there by clicking your clicky device right here.
What do you, the Loading... readership think of this guy's complaint?
