My journey through EVE Online continues. Thank you to the myriad of folks who have offered me cash, training and medication. I appreciate it, but I want the "new player" feeling. I want to smell the new vinyl in my junky ship rather than be given the leather filled lexus.

The ability to train your skills whether you are online or off is a great design choice. That said, making the right choices isn't as easy as it looks. You would never guess that this game has been released for five years. Congratulations CCP on a job well done. More congratulations are in order as EVE Online also won our Leipzig GC Award for Best Independently-Published. The list of awards, their winners and our reasoning can be viewed here if you are so inclined.
