1. Daily Column

12 new MMOG articles today. For those of you keeping score that's 63 pieces of MMOG entertainment so far in October. No other network comes close.

I'm underwhelmed by the number of responses to the question yesterday. "Who would you build a MMOG development team around?" I expected a tsunami of names, points and counter-points. I even threw out the name of the person that I would choose, expecting at least half of the MMOG population to go look it up to see who he was. Instead, communication between you, the readers, and me the simpleton slammed shut faster than Paris Hilton could stuff a canine in a purse. Let me give you another shot at it. It's going to be challenging to let you build out your dream team in future columns if you can't even choose the one person you really to lead the show.

I came across a site called College Happenings while perusing Digg.com. The article that grabbed me was, "20 Innovations That Have Radically Changed The College Experience" I have an oh, so much better list, but it isn't appropriate for this column. I digress. I was amused that a site, supposedly built by college educated types would put MMPORGs as the #2 innovation that has changed the college experience. MMPORG? Google MMPORG and it returns, "Did you mean mmprog?" Heck yeah that's that I meant. Even the sponsored links in Google for the search MMPORG have MMORPG in the title.

Now imagine if you could just rearrange other acronyms and standards at your whim. I'm not AFK. I'm KAF. Oh, oh... it's an emergency and Jebidiah has his arm stuck in the hay-bailer... I'll dial 191.

Enjoy your weekend, but not before you post your answer to my riddle. Who would you build a MMOG development team around?
