EVE Onlines 18th expansion is headed your way on December 4th with Retribution. The new expansion features a revamp to the Bounty System, new ships, balance changes and more. This week CCP Guard handed off his video control powers to CCP Rippley for a look at whats inside the expansion. Give it a look below and keep a watch at the end for CCP Guard to go postal, complete with maniacal laugh. Maybe hes still upset over that whole E3 thing.
