1. HOW TO ENTER THE id="st" name="st">CONTEST:
Entries to the Vanguard
Ten Ton Hammer Wiki Contest
id="st" name="st">may be submitted
between February 16 and February 23, 2007. To submit your entries:
(a) Login at
the

href="http://wiki.tentonhammer.com/index.php?title=Template:VG:DiplomacyCard">this
template.
(b) Provide a
link to each of your submissions in
href="http://forums.tentonhammer.com/showthread.php?t=8150">the
contest thread on the Vanguard Ten Ton Hammer forums.
Entries will be deemed to be made by the authorized account
holder of the forum account used at the time of the entry. Master
Games International, Inc. is not responsible for entries not received
due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outages or delays,
computer difficulties or any reason whatever, whether within or beyond
the control of Master Games International, Inc. or its agents or
employees.
Entrants may submit multiple entries by repeating the
above-described process. Due to the volume of entries, Master Games
International, Inc. may not acknowledge receipt of entries, and
entrants should not expect such acknowledgment.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
(a) The
class="st" id="st" name="st">contest
is open only to residents of the United States or Canada. The
class="st" id="st" name="st">contest
is open only to adults 18 years of age or older.
(b) Master
Games International, Inc. employees, its affiliated advertising/public
relations agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, and
the members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter or win.
3. SELECTING THE WINNER:
Between February 24 and February 25, 2007, a panel of judges,
appointed by Master Games International, Inc. in its sole discretion,
will select TWO winners. Entries will be judged on the quantity of
submissions that adhere to the template. Decisions of Master
Games
International, Inc.
with respect to the contest
are final and not subject to appeal. The winners will be contacted
by e-mail by a Master Games International, Inc. representative
on or around February 25, 2007. If a winner cannot be located
within 1 week, a substitute winner will be selected by repeating the
original selection process. The name of the winners will be posted at
Vanguard Ten Ton Hammer during the week of February 26, 2007.
4. PRIZES:
Winners will receive a Vanguard:
Saga of Heroes Collector's Edition ($99.99 retail value).
5. CONDITIONS:
(a) No
purchase necessary.
(b) The
class="st" id="st" name="st">contest
is void where prohibited or where restricted by U.S., international,
federal, state or local law.
(c) Entrants
are required to provide truthful information. Master Games
International, Inc. will reject and delete any entry (on-site,
Internet, or mail-in) that it discovers to be false or fraudulent or to
contain any incorrect statement.
(d)
class="st" id="st" name="st">Contest
entries become property of Master Games International, Inc. and will
not be returned.
(e) Entrants
declare that the entry is submitted by them and not by a third person
on their behalf.
(f) Master
Games International, Inc. will be permitted to use the entry without
further notice or approval of the
name="st">contest winner.
(g) No
royalties are payable to the
name="st">contest winner for Master Games
International, Inc.'s use of the entry(if any) and no further
consideration will be provided to the
id="st" name="st">contest winner (other
than prizes).
(h) Entrants
in the contest,
the winner and their guests agree to have their names, voices, or
likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to
this contest,
without additional financial or other compensation, and will sign a
publicity release to that effect.

sign a liability/publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.
Pursuant to the liability/publicity release, the winner will agree to
hold Master Games International, Inc., its affiliated companies and
officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and
representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or
liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or
participation in the
name="st">contest.
(i) Master
Games International, Inc. is not responsible for technical, hardware,
software or telephone failures of any kind, loss or delay of mail, lost
or unavailable network connections, fraud or incomplete, garbled or
delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by the sponsors, users
or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized
in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in
the processing of submission which may damage a user's system or limit
an entrant's ability to participate in the
id="st" name="st">contest. Master Games
International, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry
process or with the operation of the
name="st">contest.
(j) Any and
all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected
with this contest,
or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to
any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all
claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket
costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this
class="st" id="st" name="st">contest,
but in no event attorney's fees.
(k) Master
Games International, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion,
but shall in no event be obligated, to cancel, terminate or suspend
part or all of this contest
should viruses, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, loss by any
cause of mailed-in entry forms or other causes corrupt or impair the
administration, security, fairness or proper play of the
class="st" id="st" name="st">contest
or for any other reason.
(l) Master
Games International, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the
class="st" id="st" name="st">rules
of the contest,
including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equal or greater
value, which will become effective upon announcement and Master Games
International, Inc. shall incur no liability with respect to such
changes.
(m) Failure to
comply with the contest
rules
may result in an entrant's disqualification at the sole discretion of
Master Games International, Inc.
(n)
The Vanguard
Ten Ton Hammer Wiki Contest
id="st" name="st">shall be governed by
and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A.
Entrants in the contest,
the winners and their guests agree irrevocably to conform to the
non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of such State and hereby waive
all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens.
