I've borrowed from other guides in an effort to bring you a large listing of places to hunt, hence the number of credits. Have a favorite place to level your necro? Please send it to me or post it in the TTH forum!
Levels 7 - 10
Check out the Getting Started in Qeynos guide for a number of quests you can do to get yourself to "class" level. You can also get started by questing with your class mentor. After you are done questing on the Queens Colony, the boat will take you to your home town. Near the docks of your city you should find a mentor who will give you quests related to your class.
Levels 10 - 19
Antonica is the hunting ground of choice. Solo and Group
mobs are abundant. Do yourself a favor and explore the zone. Taking a
ride on the Griffins is a good way to clear the fog from the map. Work through as many quests as you can for fast experience... the game really starts to open up as a swashbuckler at level 20+. You will get your first large stun at 26 which will help you with crowd control.
Black Burrow is a great place to go with a group you trust. The lower levels of the sewers, such as the Vermin Snye are aggro heavy and dangerous, again, unless you're with a trustworthy late-teens group. Also check out Stormhold, the creepy keep on the east end of Antonica if you have a group with you. Otherwise you should wait until your late 20's to wander around by yourself.
Levels 20-29
Thundering Steppes, is good for soloers and groups. If you want to get there, take a griffin to the steppes station. From there you can run up a valley to the south east where you will find huge doors at the end. The bell on the Qeynos Harbor docks there will take you to the if you buy a ticket from the harbor master for 60 silver. Groups can hunt anywhere from
the zone in to the far reaches of the zone. The mobs are plentiful and
many are not aggressive. The Undead and Scarecrows near the Antonica
zoneline frequently drop chests with decent begining loot.
Level 30-39
Solo 28-31: The first mobsLevel 40+
Groups in Cazic-Thule and Permafrost are the best way to go until the mid-40s, when you should try your hand in the expansion zone Sinking Sands. /p>
Level 50-60
There's plenty to do in the Desert of Flames. Sinking Sands, Pillars of Flame and at 55 you can make your way up to Tenebrous tangle and very easily find solo mobs for the killing. There is some group content also if you look hard enough. Grab a group and check it out!
Level 60-70
if you've reached level 60 you might want to think about picking up the expansion pack, Kingdom of Sky. At 60 you should be in Barren Sky. The hands down best place for experience is groups in the Palace of Awakening. Once you hit mid 60's, if you can't find a group there are tons of solo quests to do in Bonemire at the Drednever Crashsite.
