As the DDO @ Ten Ton Hammer team gears of for DDO Build week, we take a
look at how Turbine has built DDO to be what it is today. With patches
that add to end game content and help ease newbies into the game, it
seems Turbine is focused on customer retention. But is everything in
perfect order?
