In Warhammer Online:Age of Reckoning, you don't get points for sitting around and making your house pretty, you get points for kicking the snot out of stuff! If you're a follower of Tzeentch, then that kicking comes at the expense of some Order weenie, and there's plenty of them out there in the most recent Public Quest guide for Chaos.
