Table of Endgame Shaman Skills can be used to view the skills a level 60 Shaman can use, as well as when it becomes available.
This Skill level reference table will show you when skills are available at the trainer.
Instant Cast, 20 min cooldown, 680 mana
Summons an elemental totem that calls forth a greater fire elemental to rain destruction on the caster's enemies. Lasts 2 min.
Wrath of Air Totem - Rank 1Instant, 320 mana
Summons a Wrath of Air Totem with 5 health at the feet of the caster. Party members within 20 yards of the totem have their magical damage from spells and effects increased by up to 101. Lasts 2 min.
Bloodlust - Rank 1Instant cast, 10 min cooldown, 750 mana, Horde Only
Increases melee, ranged, and spell casting speed by 35% for all party members. Lasts 1 min.
Heroism - Rank 1Instant cast, 10 min cooldown, 750 mana, Alliance Only

Water Shield - Rank 1Instant, 50 mana
The caster is surrounded by 3 globes of water. When a spell, melee or ranged attack hits the caster, 95 mana is restored to the caster. This expends one water globe.
Only one globe will activate every few seconds. Lasts 10 min.
Earth Elemental Totem - Rank 1Instant, 705 mana, 20 min cooldown
Summons an elemental totem that calls forth a greater earth elemental to protect the caster and his allies. Lasts 2 min.
This looks like some very cool new abilities for a shaman. The new totems look awesome, the only issue I see is that we already have too many choices, how do we decide between even more!!! The two faction only abilities are not really that since they are the same for both factions. It is an amazing ability though that should drop the kill time on many raid bosses as it essentially equates to a 35% DPS boost for 1 minute whenever you need it.
Water shield looks very good in that it is a mana regen ability. It doesn't give specific numbers on how often the globes, and it looks like they may regen, but even if they don't 50 man for almost 300 is a really nice ability.
Talents are used to improve existing Shaman abilities, or to gain new abilities. Click here for a Condensed Talent Reference Table.
This section will cover the many different ways that you can specialize a shaman through talents.
More Talent Builds are coming Soon.....

With the Shaman review done in Patch 1.11, I also had a review of my own and went for a primarily enhancement based spec. Seeing I don't raid a great deal and tend to PvP these days a reasonable amount, I wanted to improve my survival capability!
I've found this build does that very well, investing 31 points into Enhancement so that I can get down to Stormstrike. I've also spent points in Toughness for more armor, Ancestral Knowledge for more mana, Thundering Strikes,Flurry and Elemental Weapons for increased DPS. While in the Restoration tree I've spent 20 points, with most going into Totemic and Tidal Focus to reduce mana cost of totems and heals, and the other key talent being Healing Focus to avoid interruption of my heals. Totemic Mastery to extend my friendly totem radius to 30 yd is good for my friends too!
Elemental Secondary Tank / Healer Build - Submitted by Karnash, Tauren Shaman, Hellscream server
I have a lvl 60 Tauren shaman on the Hellscream server, I have only just hit 60 and I am currently farming for better gear. Throughout my time playing I have used an elemental build shaman. This has been great for solo, team work/instances and pvp. Although I have found now that I have got to 60 no-one seems to want a elemental build shaman, they want healers. The answer I have found it that I say I will be the secondary tank and secondary healer. I have made this build as I wanted the most damage available in the shortest time available.
Elemental Talents - 35 points
Improved Lightning Bolt - rank 5/5 Concussion - rank 5/5 Convection - rank 5/5 Elemental Focus - rank 1/1 Call of Thunder - rank 5/5 Reverberation - rank 5/5 Elemental Fury - rank 1/1 Improved Magma Totem - rank 2/2 Lightning Mastery - rank 5/5 Elemental Mastery - rank 1/1Enhancement Talents - 11 points
Ancestral Knowledge - rank 5/5 Shield Specialization - rank 5/5 Two-Handed Axes and Maces - rank 1/1Restoration Talents - 5 points
Tidal Focus - rank 5/5These talents are maxed at the moment, but as soon as the cap is to level 70 I will be adding more points into the healing talent tree. Also u could take the two points out of Improved Magma totem and put them into improved ghost wolf. The number of times I have seen this save a shaman, frost shock the mob, run away change to ghostwolf in 1 sec and run away!
My armour currently is a mix of strength, stamina, intellect and spirit, which I have found to be very useful. Of course this whole talent tree is open to re-working, but this is what I have found the most useful for fast grinding (just remember water…)
