A True Jack of All Trades
The Master Bard excels at doing everying well, but is the master of no particular speciality. The epitome of all things bardic, he or she is able to do anything a party needs, without overshadowing any particular specialist.
The bardic master is a bard who is built to epitomize all things bardic. Nothing is accented so much that the bardic master is unable to function well in one of the other facets of a bards abilities. Instead, the bardic master seeks to be excellent in everything, showing the world the skills a bard can bring to an adventuring party.
