goodness for you! This time, Ralsu delves into the mechanics of Bardic
Music, and we offer our strong suggestion (tee hee) that you read his
guide:

Because both the Fascinate and Suggestion songs are not treated as
spells, high SR will not protect the target. It's purely a matter of a
will save, and--fortunately--a Fascinated foe does not get a new will
save to resist Suggestion. If you like to charm monsters a lot,
Suggestion is a great way to do it.
