Player vs. Player, or PvP as its more commonly known, is a huge part of the World of Warcraft experience second only to raiding.
While it is not for everyone, it is a past time enjoyed by many WoW players. Part of the appeal of PvP is that no matter your skill level or the
amount of time you have to dedicate to it, you can still manage to get some super awesome rewards for your efforts. Of course despite the fact
that almost everyone can earn rewards players who are exceptionally skilled, and generally have more time to devote to PvP will be able to
earn better quality rewards.
To obtain these rewards players must acquire one of the two newly introduced PvP currencies: Honor Points and Conquest Points. Honor Points and Conquest Points were introduced in Patch 4.0.1 and they take
the place of every other form of PvP currency that has ever been thus far in World of Warcraft, including the identically-named pre-patch
4.0.1 Honor Points and Arena Points. First lets take a look at the lower tier of PvP rewards, Honor Points.
Honor Points are considered to be the lower tier of PvP content rewards. As mentioned above they have replaced all similar forms of low
tier PvP rewards along with a higher level form of PvP currency known as the Conquest Point (see page two for more information on Conquest
Points).

Much like a raider, Players who take the PvP route can outfit themselves completely with the resulting rewards. Remember though that with each new PvP season rewards will change. Players can spend their accumulated Honor Points in several locations based on what item levels they are looking for:
The Warsong Gultch vendors sell PvP rewards with minimum level requirements between 18 and 60.

The Alterac Valley vendors sell rewards with minimum level requirements between 55 and 60.
PvP reward vendors can be found inside the capital cities of Orgrimmar (Hall of Legends) and Stormwind (Champion's Hall). These
vendors sell a variety of PvP items ranging from levels 60-85 including all current and past end-game PvP equipment. Certain lower-level
rewards can be found here as well in the form of Heirloom items ranging from levels 1-80.

Conquest Points are the crème de la crème when it comes to PvP currency as they are considered to be the higher tier of
PvP content rewards. As mentioned above they have replaced all similar forms of high tier PvP rewards along with a lower level form of PvP
currency known as the Honor Point (see the previous page of this guide for more information). Unlike Honor Points which have a hard cap of
4,000 the cap for Conquest Points varies player by player and will be calculated each week depending on the player's best personal rating.

Conquest Points can be obtained in the following ways:
Now that you know how to get Conquest Points it is likely that you will want to spend them. Conquest Points will allow you to obtain amazing
rewards that can compare to any raiding gear currently in game and will allow you to completely outfit you toon from head to toe. To spend your
Conquest Points you must visit either the Hall of Legends in Orgrimmar or the Champion's Hall in Stormwind depending on your faction. Once
inside you will find various vendors selling their PvP wares and all will be more than willing to take your Conquest Points and convert them
to items that you can proudly show off. Remember though, that with each new PvP season, the rewards will change.
Some examples of rewards that were/are purchasable with Conquest Points are:
