Enhance: Tranquil Vision - Tranquil Vision and its upgrades cause your targeted ally to transfer some of the hatred that enemies have towards you instead of them. If placed on a fighter ally, some of your hate is instead transferred to that fighter ally
Enhance: Body Like a Mountain - You become the proverbial Immovable Object. The ability further increases the mitigation granted by
Body Like Mountain and its upgrades
Enhance Jab: Five Rings - Hastens the casting,
recovery, and reuse speed of Five Rings and its upgrades
Alternate: Mongoose Stance - As an alternative to Dragon
Rage, this stance has a chance of reducing your enemies' hate towards you on a successful strike
Enhance: Mountain Stance - Stone Stance and its upgrades also protect you from magical damage,
as well as hastens its reuse speed.
Enhance Punch: Striking Cobra - Striking Cobra and its upgrades become more likely to strike your opponent, at reduced power cost
Enhance: Dragonfire - Increases the striking radius of and hastens the reuse speed of Dragonfire and its upgrades
Enhance: Outward Calm - Improves the reuse speed and
extends the duration of Outward Calm
Enhance Kick: Rising Dragon - Enhances the striking force of

Evade Check (Requires 20 points in awareness) - Distracts your
current target, allowing the monk to reduce their hate position.
Enhance: Tsunami - Improves the reuse speed of Tsunami
Enhance Jab: Silent Palm - Hastens the casting,
recover, and reuse speed of Silent Palm and its upgrades
Superior Guard (requires 20 points in Body)
- Will absorb all damage when the amount is greater than 35% of the
target's maximum health. This spell will absorb a total of 1 attack.
Enhance Punch: Arctic Talon - Arctic Talon and its upgrades become more likely to strike your opponent, at reduced power cost
Combination (requires 15 points in Combos) - An additional series attacks that pummels your enemy into submission. Combination does not have any power cost, cannot miss, and can only be used after a successful Jab, Kick, and Punch type ability has recently struck the target. The Combination effect can strike up to 3 times per use
Shadows Advancement Abilities
These abilities are available once enough points have been spent in the
Shadows General, Fighter, and Brawler lines.
Peaceful Deception
Reduces the reuse time of Peel while also granting
additional hate gain.
Mending Sprit
Improves the reuse speed of Mend and its upgrades
Bite of the Cobra
Adds additional base and critical damage to the
Striking Cobra line of skills
Focused Followup
If all of the Five Rings attacks land the monk
will followup with a larger direct damage hit.
Mitigating Blows
Increases the physical mitigation of the Mountain
Stance and its upgrades. In addition, the final rank will remove the
stun penalty.
Meditative Mending
When hit by physical attack for over 40% of their
health the monk will heal themselves. Increased levels of Meditative
Mending improve the amount the monk heals.
Bob and Weave
Bob and Weave allows the monk a greater chance to
dodge, parry, and deflect attacks for a short duration.
Hidden Openings
The monk notices an opening in their opponent's
defenses allowing them to strike a deadly blow. The target, in turn,
becomes infuriated at the monk by moving them up several hate positions.
Sentinel's Fate Advancement Abilities
These abilities are only available for players with the Sentinel's Fate
expansion that are over level 81.
Silence
Silence improves the base damage done by the
Silent Palm line of abilities.
Snow Blindness
Snow Blindness increases the damage and duration
of the Arctic Talon line. This means the target will not be able to auto
attack for a longer period of time.
Outward Tranquility
The monk will gain additional protection from
spell based attacks.
Numbing Blows
Numbing Blows increases the amount of mitigation
leather armor grants.
Combined Strengths
Combined Strengths improves the base damage of the
Combination advancement choice.
Dragon's Rage
While in the defensive stance, the monk will gain
an additional threat component to the Dragonfire line of abilities.
Provoking Stance
The Monk takes a provocative stance, adding hate
positions to their single target and encounter taunts for a short
duration.
