Polkadots has reviewed the Necromancer spell lists and submitted
several changes, most dealing with tomes:

Feign Death II

Upgrade to Feign Death 1. Cast time reduced to 1 second. You must
find the Tome of Rest of the Dead II to learn this spell. The tome
drops at Greystone Dungeon in Beranid Hills off any of the boss mobs
(writ or normal spawns throughout zone).
