Oceanid

Oceanids are a Nymph, normally inhabiting the depths of the oceans. Several have comes ashore lately, and are causing trouble, yet others that have recently arrived are trying to stop it. Be sure of which is which before you fight them!

You will likely need to destroy some, namely the Nimbus cult in Pravus Coves. Neptune is unlikely to give his blessing for this action against them, but neither are we likely to invite his wrath. Just remember to target ONLY the Nimbus cult. Attacking the friendly Oceanids there is just asking for it.
