When you're finished kitting yourself out, swing by Commander Rogers to pick up River Recon as well. At the hospital tent Dr. Elise Corman (788.2, 294.3, 370.8) needs Supplies on the Double . Anything you'd like to keep (but don't want in your personal inventory), you can drop into a footlocker in the Barracks tent. Finally, anything you want to destroy (such as your newbie gear) can be deleted by dropping it into the wastecan at the lower right corner of your inventory screen. Depending on your level (you've probably reached level 7 or so by now, give or take), talk to Quartermaster Caufield (760.1, 293.6, 407.1) to get Lurking in the Shadows. Lt. Saviours in the Hospital tent needs you to find his son in A Father's Goodbye.
Head south and slightly west to pick up the Logos: Time and attend to Elder Quillas (778.7, 299.4, 115.2) and the young coward who refuses to fight. Head past Quillas for the moment and up the tree structure to the cleft in the cliff wall to get the Logos first. Returning to Quillas, you'll be presented with two choices pick the one you feel is right. I personally took the hard line and tried to bring the boy in for questioning this is a war, after all! Letting folks off like this isn't good for the troops morale, and besides, we're trying to build the trust of our new allies. If you choose to let him go you'll need to lead him north to the Concordia Divide entrance.
Again, if you choose this branch of the quest, you'll be complimented by Aprika, who will write a report for you to take to Rogers. Rogers will be none too pleased at your actions, though. Report to him to complete the quest. Win some, lose some!
Now's a good time to upgrade your rifle or shotgun to something that can do some EMP damage, so hit the teleporter and cross the bridge to grab the medical supplies (fighting off the Bane that pop) for Supplies on the Double at 408.3, 234.8, 115.8. This mission has a timer, so teleport back to Alia Das and turn it in.

Logos Good!
Teleport back to Lower Eloh, and trend northward and find the Logos: Damage in a cave just south of Pinhole Falls (350.8, 416.4). Head out west in search of Information Specialist Saviours for A Father's Goodbye . As a bonus, be sure to pick up the Logos: Projectile at 189.3, 172.9, 256.9 as you close in on Saviours using the map (he roams a bit, but can be found near 159.0, 172.6, 213.5 due west of the Lower Eloh Creek teleporter along a forested path). Swing around to the southwest of the to grab the Landing Zone Outpost teleporter waypoint while you're down here, getting the mission Cache of the Day from Squad Leader Rodriguez (191.7, 163.0, -68.0). While you're in the area, swing by the incredible looking Memory Tree (-108.0, 217.6, 111.1 the point of interest nearly in the middle of the map) and grab the Logos: Mind at the same location. While destroying fuel barrels for Cache of the Day near the memory tree, you'll spot a young female captured behind a Bane forcefield. Lay waste to the barrels, then take an EMP damage enabled weapon to the forcefield. For Escape Velocity, Pierre informs you that she has to get back to Landing Zone before her dropship leaves. You've got five minutes to hustle her back to Landing Zone. Complete both missions with Rodriguez.
Since we're sort of in the area, head southwest to pick up the remaining Wilderness Logos symbols Attack and Target, swinging by Twin Pillars Outpost (be sure to grab Hoping for the Best from Recon Spec. Ryans (-29.6, 206.5, -500.9) and Traitors to the Cause from Outpost Cmdr. Taylor at -90.0, 220.3, -504.8 at Twin Pillars on your way) and Imperial Valley (it's in a tricky to find gorge along the southern wall of Gellman Meadow) to pick up those waypoints while we're at it.
Along the western wall of Imperial Valley, you'll find a mountain path that takes you deep into Ranja Gorge - this is the only way to get there. Despite the feeling of confusion these caves can bring, you can't make a wrong turn in this cavern (unless you double back on your path). Follow it through and you'll come to Ranja Gorge. Proceeding against the current, you'll soon find Enigma Caverns and the Logos: Target contained therein (-908.6, 188.0, -646.8). Light the firepit to gain access to the cavern, jump down into the watery area at the cavern's center, then find a path reaching skyward. To get back to the cavern's entrance (-869.8, 171.8, -593.1), jump down to the middle level (don't go back into the water) and follow a path back to the northeast corner of the cavern. Enigma, indeed!
Follow the upward leading path and you'll soon come to the Ranja Gorge base. Be sure to jump into the teleporter to grab the waypoint this is one trek that you'll only want to make once but don't jump out. There's still a Logos to grab in the area. Oh, and one side note beware of the Filthik Monarch; run if one attacks. You're probably not a match for it at this level.

When Can we Pilot One of These?
Follow the stream down from Ranja Gorge and jump into Corman Lake. Just across the lake, the Logos: Self symbol is along the western coastline. Hoof it back to Memory Tree to find out what's going on with the Foreans for Traitors to the Cause . Council Elder Baruhi is at -44.8, 207.3, 67.5. He'll tell you that the Machina are really Forean dead turned against the AFS by the Bane, but wants you to take proof to Lt. Commander Parsons near the Pravus encampment for Machinations . We'll be headed that way soon enough, so accept the mission and head back to Alia Das. We have a bunch of missions to turn in!
Head to Logos Mentor Ensine (756.1, 285.1, 554.6) to turn in your existing Logos symbols and immediately turn around symbols that we were lucky enough to pick up along the way. Watch that experience rack up! Ensine will also give you a number of new Logos symbols to find as well. You've likely picked up enough Treelurker Samples along the way to turn those in at Dr. Munson in the Forean village as well. He'll offer Mighty Miasma too.
Compared to the marathon journeys you've been running, the next few missions will be a nice breather. Speak to Arms Supplier Oliver at 536.2, 289.1, 516.2 to advance Lurking in the Shadows , and jog the arms crate back to the AFS encampment. Pick up Miner Difficulties from Outpost Commander Rogers while you're at it. Work your way along the Eloh Creek path to advance River Recon at Pinhole Falls (305.4, 271.1, 439.4). Jump down through the Pinhole and enter Pinhole Caverns through the back of the cavern (make sure you heal up a bit if you took damage during the fall). Here you'll encounter the squid you need for the NPC you need for Miner Difficulties (be sure to grab Mama Miasma ! here too to accomplish while you're doing Mighty Miasma ), as well as Logos: Enemy at 365.7, 212.0, 616.8. One tip: if there's a lot of folks hunting squid, it's best to find a nice spawn point, crouch down, and wait rather than chasing red blips on your minimap. And if you lose your way, the entrance to the cave is at the southernmost point or 329.9, 228.4, 465.4.
