I found this Suppressor a few days ago with a friend by pure luck, and have only just made it. However, with crit chance builds being the meta in PvP, it's pretty important to get it, especially considering it only reduces your rate of fire by 10%. Fortunately, it's super easy to get.
Head to the below location. Inside the entrance, zip up the line. Climb the ladder to the roof. Climb through the open window on your right, near the vegetable patch. Talk to the two female NPC's to activate the side mission. Enjoy your Suppressor once you've finished it!
