Halloween is upon us and the fine folks at SOE are not going to let it go by unnoticed. While hunting on this haunted night, keep your eyes and ears open. You never know when a message may come to you unbidden... "A chill wind has risen from the Blinding Shallows, carrying whispers of the dead."
