Confusing references are teh suck.
Ralsu has updated the list of Vanguard Shaman spells for levels 1-25. He's also removed any confusing references to patron-only spells, which were moved to their own lists last month.
Panacea I
Instant small heal that adds a protective rune to your ally that will ward off damage for 4 seconds. The Shaman can only cast this heal on same target once every 30 seconds.
