The
bloodshed and violence of WAR continues as the Ten Ton Hammer staff
adds to their assortment of guides featuring the RvR scenarios in Warhammer
Online. The latest article takes an in-depth look at Nordenwatch, one
of the most popular RvR scenarios in all of WAR. With it's three
objective, time-based system, Nordenwatch is a bit of the familiar
wrapped in a whole lot of violence. Cody "Micajah" Bye gives you all
the strategies and tips you'll need to put up a good fight in the
Nordenwatch RvR scenario!
If
you’re interested in maintaining a defensive position around
on of
your objectives, the best way to do that would be to simple place a
small crew of DPS and healer characters scattered and hidden amidst the
landscape, while two high hitpoint tanks stand on the objective. Since
the Nordenwatch objectives must be taken through a time based
conversion system, it’s easy to keep control of an objective
once you
have it, as long as your characters stay alive long enough to contest
it. While the majority of the fighting will be occurring at the
Fortress, it is possible for players on the opposition to sneak across
the battlefield and attempt to take your home objective from you.
