Age of Conan (AoC) celebrated its 5th anniversary earlier this year and Funcom gifted 40 AA points to level 80 characters on Membership accounts as part of the festivities. Another batch of AA points will also be gifted to members next week on July 19th as part the second part of the anniversary gift.
Characters that were already level 80 on Membership accounts got 40 AA points on the 30th of May and will now receive an additional 40 AA points on the 19th of July. Every level 80 character on a Membership account gets these 40 extra AA points on the 19th of July, no matter what level they were on the 30th of May and no matter how many AA points they have received before.
