More cards, less money. Sounds just good enough to be true? It is.
Good news for fans of the World of Warcraft trading card game: Upper Deck issued a recent press release which states that they're going to be increasing the size of the booster packs without increasing the cost.
Upper Deck Entertainment (UDE) takes the award-winning World of Warcraft® TCG to a whole new level in November with a brand-new booster pack configuration. Beginning with the upcoming release of March of the Legion, players will now be able to purchase 19-card packs for the same price as previously released 15-card expansion packs. Adding additional cards per purchase gives players more opportunity to collect the sets three new randomly inserted Loot cards.
Players will get more cards for the same price as previous World of Warcraft TCG booster packs, said Dan Bojanowski, World of Warcraft TCG Product Manager. Booster drafts will now be more accessible to players because they will only have to purchase three packs to play. Sealed pack tournament play will be much stronger because players will now have more cards in hand.
