ArenaNet has deployed its first incarnation of leaderboards for Guild Wars 2 (GW2) this week along with a new blog to explain how it all works. The new leaderboards initially track the top players in three categories: PvP, WvW, and Achievements. With its initial launch, the new leaderboards currently track the top 100 players in Achievements and PvP. WvW only tracks the top 24 players but new features and data will be added for all three in the coming weeks.
