Black Desert Online is visually stunning and a game that's showing significant promise and although there's no English publisher as of yet (localisation is in progress) developer Pearl Abyss has released a video demonstrating the games character creation.
Make no mistake, this is a bloody fine character creator. Probably one of the best, if not the best I've ever seen. With the ability to pretty much change anything you wish, right down to your characters eye lashes and facial structure the nearest thing to this is Eve Online. Black Desert coming to the US and Europe can't come soon enough.
