I absolutely adore the CarbotAnimation videos and this one is particularly interesting. It shows the development of Alarak, the latest Hero to soon arrive in Heroes of the Storm (as well as the StarCraft 2 campaign), from inception to final version. At 30 minutes it's a fairly lengthy video but it's well worth taking the time to watch the develpment of him.
